Q:  what is KF’s delivery schedule once I have placed an order?

A:  If stock available, your orders will be processed and shipped in 1~2 days w/o extra finish. Orders require extra finish will need 7 business days to process. Note that during the peak season, the 4^th quarter, of this industry, Customizable-made organizers will be processed and shipped in 30~45 days subject to the work of extra finish.

Q:  How can I get samples from KF?

A:  We offer samples of selected products upon Customizableer’s request. Nevertheless, in-person visit to select the format details for your new planner is highly recommended.
